Welcome to Surepip. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, website (www.surepip.com), and our trading services offered under subscription plans. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you should not use our services.
1. Definitions
“Surepip”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to the owner and operator of Surepip.com.
“Client”, “you”, or “your” refers to any user, customer, or subscriber of our services.
“Subscription” refers to the period during which you authorize Surepip to conduct trading activity on your account based on the agreed terms.
“Trading Account” refers to the brokerage account owned by the client, on which Surepip has been granted access to perform trading operations.
“Bot” or “Automated Trading Bot” refers to our proprietary system that executes trades on your behalf.
2. Nature of Service
Surepip provides automated trading services using proprietary trading bots that execute trades in the forex and metals markets. The client grants Surepip access to their trading account for the purpose of executing trades based on algorithmic strategies.
This service is performance-based and subscription is typically billed based on the profit earned during a billing period.
3. Risk Disclaimer
Trading in financial markets involves significant risk, including the risk of loss of capital.
Surepip does not guarantee any profits, returns, or specific trading outcomes.
Past performance is not indicative of future results.
The client acknowledges and agrees that Surepip is not liable for any losses incurred during trading operations, whether resulting from market fluctuations, technical errors, system downtime, human error, or any other factor.
4. Client Acknowledgments
By using our service, the client confirms and agrees to the following:
You are fully aware of the risks associated with trading financial instruments.
You understand that Surepip does not provide financial advice, and all trades are executed automatically based on pre-set strategies.
You retain full ownership of your trading account and can revoke access at any time; however, doing so may terminate your subscription.
You authorize Surepip to execute trades on your behalf, within the limits of the strategy described during onboarding.
5. Prohibited Conduct
5.1 Client Interference
Clients are strictly prohibited from placing trades manually in the account during the active subscription period. Manual interference may disrupt the bot’s performance and invalidate profit calculations.
If you interfere with live trading during your subscription, Surepip reserves the right to:
Terminate the service immediately,
Void any profit-sharing agreements, and
Withhold further access to Surepip’s systems.
5.2 Copy Trading
Clients are strictly prohibited from using external software, scripts, or platforms to copy trades from Surepip’s managed account to any third-party or secondary account.
Such behavior is considered a violation of intellectual property rights and unauthorized use of proprietary strategy.
Surepip reserves the right to take legal action, suspend services, and ban accounts involved in copy trading.
6. No Guarantee of Profit
While Surepip aims to achieve consistent positive returns, no guarantee is made regarding:
The percentage of monthly profit,
The preservation of your capital,
Avoidance of drawdown or loss periods.
The client agrees that losses are possible and Surepip holds no financial liability for such outcomes.
7. Subscription, Billing, and Termination
Subscriptions are performance-based and fees are typically calculated based on the profit earned during a specific period.
All payments must be made as per the agreed-upon terms after profit is realized and validated.
Failure to pay within the designated timeframe may result in termination of service and restriction from future access.
Surepip reserves the right to terminate any subscription at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of policy violation, suspected abuse, or security concerns.
8. Data Access and Privacy
To use our services, clients must provide login access or investor access credentials to their trading account.
Surepip will only access your trading account to place trades and monitor performance. We do not withdraw funds or make deposits on your behalf.
All data shared with Surepip is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Surepip and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be held liable for:
Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages,
Any loss of capital or unrealized gains,
Downtime, execution failures, or connectivity issues,
Acts of God, cyberattacks, or broker-side malfunctions.
You agree to indemnify and hold Surepip harmless from any claim or demand arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, algorithms, and trading strategies used by Surepip are the exclusive property of Surepip. Clients are not authorized to reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or share our proprietary logic in any form.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Surepip operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed.
12. Amendments
Surepip reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
